About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead and scale our revenue
organization. This executive will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive
sales strategy, building high-performing teams, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy aligned with company goals
• Own and achieve revenue targets and forecasting accuracy
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing distributed sales team
• Oversee CRM, reporting, and sales operations
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
• Engage with key customers and represent the company externally
Qualifications
• 10+ years of sales leadership experience
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
• Experience managing remote teams
• Strong communication and leadership skills
