Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sales plans for the robotics automation industry to achieve sales targets in line with company strategy.
  • Identify, develop, and nurture key industry accounts, maintaining strong relationships to secure long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Analyze customer project requirements and manage the bidding process.
  • Drive project advancement, negotiations, contract signing, and payment collection, while supporting risk management.
  • Coordinate with internal support teams to ensure project execution and enhance customer experience during delivery.
  • Gather and analyze industry and customer insights to support market promotion of robotics solutions.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; overseas education background is a plus.
  • 5+ years of sales or channel development experience; background in robotics or logistics equipment sales preferred.
  • Strong customer analysis and business negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and business skills; proficiency in English as a working language.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.


Ideal Candidate Profile:


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, strong sales mindset, fluent in English, direct sales experience, preferably in robotics or warehouse/logistics equipment.
  • Based near Los Angeles, New Jersey, Atlanta, or Detroit, capable of independent client development.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (work visa or green card preferred).
  • Proven track record in successful overseas business development, preferably in large-scale logistics or real-world scenarios.
