Job Summary:
The Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, production planning, logistics, inventory management, and distribution. This executive role ensures the supply chain is agile, cost-efficient, resilient, and aligned with overall business strategy, customer needs, and sustainability goals.
Essential Functions of the Job:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a global supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives across the supply chain.
- Lead supply chain risk management, including supplier resilience and continuity planning.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives throughout the supply chain, optimizing procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee demand planning, S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning), and inventory optimization.
- Streamline supply chain processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and digital tools.
- Ensure operational KPIs (OTIF, inventory turns, cost-to-serve, etc.) are achieved.
Procurement & Supplier Management
- Lead sourcing strategy and negotiations to optimize cost, quality, and lead time.
- Build strategic supplier relationships and foster supplier innovation and compliance.
Logistics & Distribution
- Manage transportation, warehousing, and distribution networks globally or regionally.
- Optimize the logistics footprint to improve service levels and reduce total costs.
Technology & Data
- Champion the adoption of digital supply chain tools (ERP, TMS, WMS, AI/ML analytics).
- Use data-driven insights to enhance visibility, forecasting, and decision-making.
Team Leadership
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing supply chain team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with manufacturing, finance, sales, and product development teams.
- Align supply chain capabilities with new product introductions and market expansions.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Direct reports are procurement, inventory, logistics personnel
Minimum Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in supply chain or operations, including 5+ years in executive leadership roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or related field
- Proven track record of leading global or complex supply chain organizations.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), supply chain analytics, and digital transformation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Beverage and/or aseptic experience preferred.
- MBA or relevant master’s degree
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strategic thinking with strong execution capability.
- Excellent financial acumen especially as related to sourcing and supply chain.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of supply chain risk, ESG goals, and regulatory compliance.
- High level negotiating skills

Additional Considerations:
- Travel Expectation: 25% travel is required to various site locations and for meetings or other job-related functions.
