  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support occasional office management functions, including purchasing supplies/equipment and managing company assets.

Revenue Operations & Sales Enablement (Secondary Focus)

  • Build, refine, and maintain prospect lists using tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Loxo, and LinkedIn.
  • Scrub lists for accuracy, segment audiences, and ensure CRM data integrity.
  • Support and execute outbound prospecting and sales campaigns, including email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and multi-channel engagement.
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and lead qualification meetings for firm leadership and senior recruiters.
  • Partner with marketing to align campaigns with business development efforts, including newsletters, content distribution, and client presentations.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales activity and pipeline performance to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Serve as the tactical link between marketing, sales, and recruiting, ensuring leads are captured, followed up on, and advanced through the funnel.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience in executive support, office management, or revenue/sales operations; professional services or B2B experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Loxo, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Highly resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented with a growth mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) a plus.

  • operations.
  • Collaborate with a team that values integrity, innovation, and caring for people.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package, including healthcare, 401K match, and paid leave.
