Position Summary: The Director of Supply Chain will lead and optimize all facets of the supply chain operations across multiple manufacturing and distribution sites. This role is responsible for strategic planning and execution related to procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationship management. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a focus on efficiency, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive and transformational supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives. Oversee a team responsible for demand planning, forecasting, production scheduling, and inventory control to meet customer and operational needs. Manage a team procurement activities to ensure cost-effective purchasing of raw materials, components, and services while maintaining quality standards. Optimize logistics and distribution networks to enhance service levels, reduce lead times, and lower transportation costs through supply chain transformation. Evaluate and manage vendor and supplier relationships, including negotiations, performance monitoring, and risk mitigation. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team across multiple facilities. Implement and refine KPIs and dashboards to track supply chain performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, safety, and environmental standards. Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, finance, and engineering to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
