Position Summary
Seeking a hands-on General Manager to oversee daily operations of the Phoenix branch, including logistics, warehousing, sales, and service departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership
- Oversees daily operations of the Phoenix branch, including logistics, warehousing, sales, and service departments.
- Ensures departments operate efficiently, collaboratively, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Translates ownership direction into actionable operational plans and priorities
- Identifies operational gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities and proposes solutions to ownership.
Sales & Service Operations
- Oversees the execution and daily management of sales activities and customer engagement.
- Supports the development and rollout of new sales and service capabilities.
- Ensures service operations meet defined quality, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction standards.
- Coordinates closely with Canpump headquarters on sales initiatives, product availability,and customer support.
Team Leadership & People Management
- Leads, coaches, and manages department supervisors and staff.
- Recruits, trains, and develops employees in alignment with approved staffing plans.
- Sets performance expectations and ensures accountability across teams.
- Promotes a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Acts as the primary on-site representative for internal and external stakeholders.
