Currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technology Vendor Manager to oversee the company’s technology vendor ecosystem, with a primary focus on hardware and software resellers, distributors, cloud solution providers, telecom carriers, and security service partners.

- Currently seeking a Technology Vendor Manager with deep expertise in supplier management, rebate incentive structures, licensing programs, and distributor agreements who will ensure all vendors align with the company’s managed services delivery goals, support profitability, and contribute to service quality and scalability.
The Compensation
- $70K – $110K Annual Base Salary Range Commensurate with Experience
The Location
- Office located in Jacksonville, FL; role will be based fully onsite for the first 90 days for onboarding, training and relationship building with hybrid remote work arrangement thereafter

The Role
- Report directly to the Director of Finance.
- Act as central point of contact for all technology vendors and suppliers, consolidating responsibilities previously shared across multiple roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers, suppliers, and distributors (e.g. Dell, Cisco, Lenovo, Ingram Micro, TD Synnex, D&H).
- Oversee and optimize rebate incentive structures and other partner program benefits.
- Lead vendor selection processes for hardware, software, cloud, and licensing agreements.
- Negotiate competitive pricing, rebate terms, and SLAs.
- Ensure all contracts comply with procurement standards on pricing, partnerships, and delivery.
- Monitor supplier KPIs (delivery lead times, pricing accuracy, SLA adherence).
- Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Track and optimize usage of MDF, co-marketing funds, and renewal cycles.
- Partner with Finance, Procurement, Client Strategy, and Project teams to forecast demand, manage budgets, and align vendor capabilities with business needs.
- Represent the company in supplier meetings, conventions, and industry events (e.g. MSP Summit in Orlando).
- Responsible for key metrics including:

The Background Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years of vendor/channel management experience within technology and MSP-related business models
- Experience in reseller/distribution environments (hardware/software) strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of supplier management, rebate incentive structures, enterprise agreements, and subscription models
- Familiarity with ERP/ITAM/CRM tools (e.g. Oracle, NetSuite, ServiceNow, ConnectWise, Salesforce) and experience with margin reports
- Ability to work onsite full-time in the Jacksonville, FL office during first 90 days with hybrid remote arrangement thereafter
- Availability to travel up to 15% for supplier meetings, conventions, and industry events (e.g. MSP Summit in Orlando)
