The Organization:
CR Associates (CRA) is a woman-owned planning, engineering, and design firm dedicated to improving communities through safer, more connected mobility. In 2011, our two founding principals came together with a shared vision: to reimagine the role of transportation planning and engineering in shaping healthier, more equitable cities. Inspired by a desire to create lasting change, they set out to challenge the status quo—breaking away from the business-as-usual approaches that fueled automobile dependence and too often overlooked the needs of the most vulnerable. Today, CRA carries that vision forward by designing streets and public spaces that reflect community values and put people first.
At CRA, everything we do is guided by core values of accountability, community, empowerment, ethics, innovation, integrity, quality of service, and respect. We collaborate across disciplines and offices to deliver transformative projects while fostering a culture that balances excellence with a fun, supportive, and people-first work environment.
Our mission is clear: “Innovative Mobility Solutions for Our Changing World.”
