The Company
At The Millstone Evans Group, we believe financial planning should feel clear, personal, and human—not complex or transactional. We partner closely with our clients to simplify decision-making and build long-term confidence around their financial lives.
We’re a growing, high-touch wealth management firm with a strong reputation and an even stronger commitment to doing things the right way. As we continue to scale, we’re building the infrastructure, systems, and team to support that growth—without losing the relational core that defines us.
The Position
We’re hiring an experienced Financial Advisor to join our team in a true production role—someone who is energized by building relationships, growing a book of business, and delivering high-quality financial advice.
This is an opportunity for an advisor who wants to take ownership of their practice within a supportive, planning-first firm. You’ll be responsible for developing new client relationships, deepening existing ones, and driving revenue growth through thoughtful, trust-based advisory work.
While you’ll have the benefit of a strong brand, collaborative team, and operational support, success in this role will come from your ability to prospect, build relationships, and convert opportunities into long-term clients.

- Conduct client meetings, present recommendations, and confidently guide clients through financial decisions
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships that drive client retention and organic growth
- Utilize financial planning software to develop and present client plans (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro)
- Leverage CRM (Redtail) to track pipeline activity, manage client relationships, and maintain accurate records
- Partner with custodians (Raymond James) to execute account activity and support client needs
- Collaborate with internal operations and client service teams to deliver a seamless client experience
- Maintain an active pipeline and consistently manage prospects through the sales cycle
- Stay current on market trends, investment strategies, and industry best practices
