The Position:


The Head of Product is a critical leadership role responsible for turning chaos, ideas, and feedback into a calm, executable product roadmap.

This person will own product direction, guide a talented and young development team, and serve as the primary translator between customer needs, client success, and engineering. The Head of Product will operate with a high degree of autonomy, move quickly in an ever-changing environment, and help the company deliver faster and at a higher level of quality.


This role requires someone who can spar thoughtfully with leadership, push back when needed, and confidently lead in ambiguity. It is ideal for a product leader who thrives in early-stage environments, wants meaningful influence, and is excited to build alongside founders.


Responsibilities:


  • Own and maintain a clear, prioritized product roadmap that balances speed, quality, and long-term vision. Partner closely with founders, offering thoughtful pushback and independent judgment when needed.
  • Translate customer and client feedback into well-defined product requirements and development priorities. Ensure the product is built with a deep understanding of the end user and their experience.
  • Serve as the primary bridge between client success, founders, and the development team.
  • Bring structure and organization to fast-changing priorities in a startup environment. Drive execution by taking ownership, staying close to the work, and delivering results.


Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of product experience, ideally within B2C, SaaS or vertical SaaS environments
  • 5–10 years of overall professional experience
  • Experience working in early-stage or scrappy startup environments
  • Strong understanding of how software is built and delivered
  • Proven ability to translate user needs into product solutions
  • Comfort operating with autonomy and making decisions in ambiguity
  • High EQ, strong judgment, and the confidence to challenge ideas respectfully
  • Curiosity, drive, and a genuine desire to learn and grow


Salary & Benefits:


  • $120,000- 150,000
  • Full Benefits
  • Fully remote role, Denver preferred
