The Organization

Because many people still live beyond the reach of missions as usual, Albek International serves communities across North Africa, the Middle East, and East Africa through medicine, education, and community development—creating new opportunities for people to encounter Christ and grow as His disciples.

The Director of Strategic Partnerships serves as a frontline ambassador for Albek International, cultivating deep, meaningful relationships with donors who have the capacity and desire to significantly advance the mission. Through listening, relational intelligence, strategic engagement, and thoughtful stewardship, the Director of Strategic Partnerships helps donors see both the need and the eternal significance of their partnership with Albek International.

The ideal candidate is a spiritually mature, relationally intuitive, and mission-driven fundraiser who thrives in donor-facing environments. This person will manage a personal portfolio of major donors and prospects, craft tailored engagement strategies, and work collaboratively with the advancement team to expand and strengthen Albek’s culture of Kingdom generosity.
