The Organization:

West End Community Church (PCA) is a gospel-centered church in Nashville, TN. At West End, we’re all on a journey; inside our walls, you’ll find the curious, the committed, the skeptical, the hurting, and the hopeful. Since 1996, our church and its ministries have grown, but our members have remained steady on this mission: to help people know, love, and follow Jesus. West End Community has a rich past, and we’re building toward an exciting future.

As one of the “front doors” of West End, they are a strong, winsome communicator who can help people understand the church and confidently find their next step. The Director leads the Membership, Volunteer, and Hospitality Coordinators, partners closely with Communications, Adult Discipleship, and Operations, and reports to the Senior Director of Connection and Family Ministry.
