The Position:
As a Sales Producer at the Jeon Allstate Agency, you will have the unique opportunity to assist clients throughout Colorado in protecting their most valuable assets. Acting as a consultative advisor, you will proactively pursue sales opportunities while educating clients on their insurance risks and identifying the optimal solutions. You will generate sales through a diverse range of channels, including professional networking, direct marketing initiatives, and managing warm inbound leads routed directly to our agency. Through individualized, daily training and development, we will support your professional growth and refine your sales capabilities, preparing you for a highly successful and financially rewarding career.
Responsibilities:

Drive New Business: Meet and exceed established new business production goals and objectives.

Proactive Prospecting: Solicit new insurance clientele via telephone outreach, professional networking, and leveraging provided inbound and outbound lead sources.

Consultative Selling: Develop accurate insurance quotes, deliver professional sales presentations, and successfully close sales.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain ongoing networking partnerships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, auto dealers, and community leaders.

Maximize Opportunities: Approach each customer interaction as an opportunity to educate, cross-sell, and up-sell, including presenting relevant financial products.

Maintain Compliance: Thoroughly understand and strictly adhere to all underwriting, rating, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Continuous Learning: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of new Allstate insurance products and market trends.

Salary + Benefits:

Target Earnings: Inexperienced producers can expect a highly competitive starting base salary of $50,000 annually. With our commission structure, anticipated first-year total compensation ranges from $75,000 to $100,000+. There is potential to increase base compensation through consistent monthly sales.
