Due to consistent growth, our client is seeking an experienced Ground‑Up Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects, while also supporting larger tenant improvement work throughout the Denver area.
This position is ideal for a superintendent who has strong experience delivering ground‑up construction projects and values a balanced and professional work environment.
The team focuses primarily on high‑quality tenant improvement work, while selectively pursuing ground‑up projects where exceptional value can be offered to clients. As a result, this role offers diverse project experience without the constant pressure and extreme hours often found in large general contractor environments. Key Responsibilities
• Lead field operations for ground‑up commercial construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and site logistics
• Maintain safe and efficient jobsite operations
• Oversee project quality and ensure work meets specifications
• Work closely with project managers, design teams, and ownership groups
• Support larger tenant improvement projects when needed
Typical projects include:
• Ground‑up bank construction (~$4M range)
• Commercial buildings from single story to multi‑story shell structures
• Medical office building shell construction
• Tenant improvement projects ranging from 10,000 – 60,000 square feet
Qualifications
• Experience leading ground‑up commercial construction projects
• Tenant improvement experience preferred
• Strong leadership and coordination of subcontractor trades
• Ability to manage jobsite scheduling and logistics
• Professional communication with clients and project teams

Compensation
• $110,000 – $140,000 depending on experience
