HR Generalist

Search Made Easy is representing a client seeking an HR Generalist to join their team. This role is designed for a professional who can balance strategy with execution along with partnering with leadership while supporting employees day-to-day.
Highlights of the Role
• Partner with business leaders to align HR with business goals
• Lead workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and succession initiatives
• Provide coaching and support on performance management and employee relations
• Drive employee engagement programs and support organizational change
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and mitigate HR risks
• Analyze HR data and present insights to leadership
What’s Required
• Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field
• 3+ years in HR, talent acquisition, or a generalist capacity
• Exposure to HRIS/ATS (Workday, ADP, or similar)
• Knowledge of employment law, ER, and compliance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to influence stakeholders
• Certifications (PHR, SHRM, CIR) a plus
