Key Responsibilities

• Lead estimating and bidding efforts for Design-Build and Design-Assist HVAC projects.
• Analyze project documents to determine scope, costs, and schedules.
• Collaborate with project teams, engineers, and clients.
• Provide value-engineering solutions and recommend equipment selections.
• Ensure constructability and integration through project reviews.
• Support business development with proposals, presentations, and interviews.
• Maintain/update historical cost databases to improve accuracy.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of HVAC estimating experience (Design-Build/Design-Assist focus).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and industry standards.
• Proficiency with estimating tools (Trimble, OST, Bluebeam, Excel).
• Skilled at reading and interpreting construction drawings/specs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with San Francisco commercial construction market preferred.
