Location, Livonia, MI

Onsite- 5 days/week- flexible hours

We are seeking multiple Project Estimators professionals with an expertise in the following areas:

1. Steel/Structural
2. MEP (Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing)
3. Manufacturing, Power, and Energy 

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project specs and prepare detailed estimates
• Solicit and evaluate supplier proposals
• Develop cost-effective solutions and proposals
• Collaborate with teams on awarded projects and change orders
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of estimating experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or Construction Management preferred
