Job Title: CAD Technician – As-Built Surveys & 3D Modeling Specialist

Location: Orlando, FL

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled CAD Technician with a strong background in As-Built surveys and experience in preparing 3D models for machine control. The ideal candidate will have specific knowledge of requirements in Orange County, Osceola County, and the City of Orlando, with a proven track record in commercial site development. Agtek experience is a plus, but not required. 

Please note: PSM is NOT required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform As-Built surveys with a full understanding of local requirements, particularly for Orange Co., Osceola Co., and the City of Orlando.
• Prepare detailed 3D models for machine control and ensure accuracy in execution.
• Utilize CAD software to develop precise technical drawings and models for commercial site development projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure all survey and model data meet project requirements.
• Maintain attention to detail and precision in all stages of survey preparation and 3D modeling.

Requirements:

• Strong CAD background with a focus on As-Built surveys.
• Knowledge of local survey requirements in Orange Co., Osceola Co., and City of Orlando.
• Need Cad - Carlson Software
• Proficiency in preparing 3D models for machine control.
• Experience in commercial site development is essential.
• Agtek experience (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant CAD experience.
• Experience in the construction or land development industry.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
