Project Manager – Austin, TX

Salary: $120,000 – $165,000

Type: Full-Time | Commercial Construction

Overview:

Looking for PMs with ground-up or interiors experience in the Austin commercial sector. You’ll be responsible for full project execution, client interface, and estimating your own work.

Requirements:

• 5–10+ years of PM experience in commercial construction

• TI or office interior renovation projects a plus

• Must come from established GCs

• No more than 3 jobs in 10 years

• Must be able to estimate your own projects
