Project Manager

A niche construction company with a strong base of repeat Fortune 500 clients, offering general contracting services and self-performing site work for a wide range of project types, is seeking an experienced Chief Estimator / Project Manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze project drawings and specifications to prepare detailed estimates for cost, time, materials, and labor.
• Perform precise quantity take-offs to develop accurate estimates and project budgets.
• Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal staff to formulate estimates.
• Coordinate with owners’ representatives, general contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders for project estimating and management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in public and private estimating and project management preferred.
• Proficient in negotiating contracts with external vendors and subcontractors.
• Experience with estimating and bidding software (Sage Estimating, B2W, and Agtek are a plus).
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and trades.
• Ability to manage and estimate multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and professional.
• Effective as both a team player and leader, with strong collaboration and communication skills.

Salary & Compensation:

• Pay Range: $90,000 - $130,000 per year.
• Bonus opportunities, including performance-based bonuses.
