Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multifamily, senior living, and commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will serve as the primary leader responsible for project execution, financial performance, client satisfaction, subcontractor management, and schedule delivery.

The ideal candidate brings strong ground-up construction experience, a proactive leadership style, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while driving projects safely, efficiently, and profitably.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from preconstruction through turnover.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, cost reporting, and overall project financial performance.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and recovery plans.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and field operations teams.
  • Lead owner, architect, and consultant meetings.
  • Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and procurement activities.
  • Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure safe, productive project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks before they impact schedule or budget.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and support repeat business opportunities.
  • Ensure quality control, project documentation, and successful project closeout.

Preferred Background

  • 6+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor.
  • Ground-up multifamily, senior living, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use construction experience.
  • Experience managing projects valued between $10M-$100M+.
  • Strong knowledge of project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Proven success leading subcontractors and project teams.
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar platforms.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
