Role Overview:
The Director of Client Services will lead and innovate our client services team, overseeing 360 Account Managers to drive service excellence in media strategy, account management, client communication, and agency growth. This role collaborates with the COO and CGO to exceed client goals and improve internal processes while fostering team development and participating in new business initiatives.
Candidate must have expertise in media strategy, Amazon Advertising, DTC marketing, audience targeting, and attribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead omni-channel media planning, commerce, DTC, and agency service fulfillment.
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
- Develop strategic planning objectives aligned with client marketing goals.
- Oversee client issues, provide solutions, and implement best practices.
- Manage and mentor account managers, fostering professional growth.
- Maintain strong client relationships and serve as an escalation point.
- Stay updated on industry trends to inform strategy and innovation.
- Manage account financials, including cost, revenue, and scope adherence.
- Ensure all client communications and materials are high-quality and strategic.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in agency client leadership within media, advertising, or marketing.
- Expertise in media strategy, Amazon Advertising, DTC marketing, audience targeting, and attribution.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams, projects, and client expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in financial reporting and forecasting.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
