Sales Operations Coordinator- Costco
Remote position-Pacific Northwest preferred.
Salary- $75-$85K
The Sales Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day tasks supporting the sales operations manager and sales team, which includes administrative duties including ensuring processes, documentation, and communication flow smoothly between internal teams, clients, and retail partners.
You’ll manage critical documentation, coordinate demos and samples, maintain trackers and reports, and serve as a reliable point of communication across stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Administration
- Support the Sales Operations Manager in executing day-to-day sales operations activities.
- Manage and maintain Costco item setup, vendor documentation, and related compliance materials.
- Collect, organize, and maintain required data and documentation from clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date trackers for item status, documentation, demos, and accrual funding.
Costco Demos, Samples & Events
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for Costco demos.
- Track demo invoices, reporting, and follow-up documentation.
- Manage sample requests to Costco buying offices and internal teams.
- Support coordination of Costco-related and internal events as needed.
Communication & Coordination
- Serve as a consistent point of communication between internal teams, clients, and Costco contacts.
- Provide timely updates on documentation status, demos, samples, and operational milestones.
- Support internal coordination across sales, operations, and leadership as needed.
Process Support & Continuous Improvement
- Assist in improving organization, tracking, and operational workflows.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all sales operations materials.
- Support additional operational initiatives as business needs evolve.
Preferred Background
- 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or account coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and with a sense of urgency.
- Comfort with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Understanding of retail, logistics, and shipping terminology preferred.
- Experience working with Costco processes and procedures is a strong plus.
