Requirements Include:

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university
• 2-5 years experience
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HVAC and plumbing engineering experience.
• Familiarity with relevant codes: mechanical, energy, plumbing and building
• Registration as either an E.I.T or a P.E. (required)
• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit, Bluebeam, and general electronic drawing format software (required).
• Experience with load modeling software, preferably Trane TRACE or HAP.
• Contribute to Coffman’s marketing and business initiatives as needed.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Prefer EIT, but ok if they are ready to sit for it and can get soon
