Director of Client Services
About the Role:
The Director of Client Services will lead and optimize client account management, ensuring best-in-class media strategy, client communication, and business growth. This role oversees a team of 360 Account Managers, driving efficiency, innovation, and client satisfaction while collaborating with leadership to exceed goals.
- Develop and implement a client service strategy by assessing, enhancing, and optimizing processes to drive client success and retention.
- Lead and mentor the account management team by providing guidance, training, and performance oversight to support professional growth.
- Strengthen client relationships and drive business growth by resolving escalations, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Improve operational efficiency by streamlining workflows, enhancing reporting, and optimizing account processes for better service delivery.
- Manage financial performance by overseeing budgets, revenue, and profitability to align with business objectives.
- Support sales and executive communications by participating in key sales calls, delivering impactful client presentations, and providing strategic updates to leadership.
- Drive innovation and service evolution by staying ahead of industry trends and continuously refining client service offerings for a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- 6-7+ years experience managing teams of 10+ Paid Media practitioners, preferably at a growing agency
- Strong expertise in media strategy, audience targeting, and performance marketing.
- Proven success in client negotiations, team leadership, and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience managing financial forecasting and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
