A well-established commercial mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Service Manager to take ownership of and help grow its commercial and industrial service operation.

Tempe, AZ | $125K–$130K | 5–7+ Years of Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day commercial HVAC/R, plumbing, and mechanical service operations
• Drive operational excellence, accountability, scheduling, and overall service execution
• Manage customer issues and provide a high level of client service
• Oversee and help develop a growing service and maintenance department
• Build strong relationships with commercial and industrial customers
• Identify operational problems, resolve issues quickly, and improve processes
• Help drive service revenue, customer retention, and department growth
• Work closely with technicians, project teams, and company leadership

Ideal Background

• 5–7+ years of operational or service leadership experience
• Commercial or industrial experience strongly preferred
• HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, or service and maintenance contract experience is a plus
• Previous experience as a Service Manager, Operations Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar leadership role
• Strong customer service, issue resolution, and operational execution skills
• Proven ability to take ownership of a department and build, improve, and grow an operation
• Construction experience is not mandatory for someone with exceptional operations and commercial client service experience
