• Manage Schedules & Budgets: Create and oversee project timelines and financials.
• Coordinate Teams: Lead subcontractors and run contractor meetings.
• Problem-Solve: Tackle challenges, manage change orders, and ensure productivity.
• Develop Talent: Mentor Project Engineers and support their growth.
• Close Out Projects: Wrap up projects efficiently, completing financials and documentation.

What You Bring 🎯

• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Primavera, AutoCAD, and Viewpoint.
• Experience: 7+ years in industrial project management, with a background in large-scale construction projects.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Certifications: OSHA certification preferred; PMP is a bonus.
