Seeking a Senior Estimator to support its growing preconstruction team. This position will play a critical role in pursuing negotiated work, building client relationships, and helping drive the company's continued expansion.

The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical estimating experience, relationship-building skills, and the ability to support projects from conceptual budgeting through final proposal.

Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual and detailed estimates for HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
• Develop budgets, quantity takeoffs, and pricing strategies
• Participate in client meetings and preconstruction discussions
• Support negotiated and design-build pursuits
• Coordinate with project management, operations, and executive leadership
• Assist in proposal development and project handoff

Qualifications

• 7+ years of mechanical estimating experience
• Commercial, healthcare, industrial, manufacturing, or institutional project experience
• Design-build and negotiated work experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to develop relationships with owners, contractors, and design teams
