Job Title: Vice President of Finance

Location: Los Angeles preferred (PST time zones), Hybrid

Industry: Omnichannel commerce, retail, and digital marketplace services

Company Size: $150M+ revenue, 600+ clients, $6B+ in managed retail sales

Role Overview:

This executive-level role is responsible for leading the financial strategy, planning, and operations of a high-growth, PE-backed commerce platform. The VP of Finance will oversee FP&A, budgeting, cash flow, reporting, compliance, and risk management while partnering closely with the executive team to drive profitability and scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial strategy and align planning with long- and short-term business goals
• Oversee FP&A including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling
• Manage financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance
• Drive cost management, cash flow planning, and capital efficiency
• Support M&A activities including due diligence and integration
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred)
• 10+ years in finance or accounting, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role
• Strong experience in FP&A, cash flow management, and financial modeling
• PE-backed and/or Big 4 background strongly preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
