Sales Coordinator
Locations: Minneapolis, LA, remote
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our Business Development team. This role is essential in keeping our internal systems organized, ensuring the accuracy of sales data, supporting brand research efforts, and maintaining internal assets. Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development Support
- Assist in scheduling and calendar management for the Business Development team.
- Respond to and route inbound sales inquiries to the appropriate team member.
- Take accurate notes on brand calls & ensure seamless post-call follow up across teams.
- Support sales leads through every stage of sales process.
CRM Management
- Maintain up-to-date information in Husbpot and other databases
- Log pipeline updates and track brand progress through the sales funnel.
Brand Research
- Conduct research on potential brand partners, including business size, retail presence, and overall market awareness.
- Summarize findings for use in outreach and pitch strategies.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a sales support or project management role is a plus.
- Proficiency in HubSpot required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
