Senior Vice President, Media Strategy & Client Leadership
Salary Range: $225,000 – $275,000

We’re searching for a high-impact SVP of Media Strategy & Client Leadership to drive integrated, cross-channel media strategy across digital, linear, video, audio, OOH, and emerging platforms. This is a pivotal leadership role focused on building strategic vision, mentoring teams, and serving as a trusted partner to executive-level clients.
You’ll oversee omnichannel planning that spans search, social, programmatic, streaming audio and video, connected TV (CTV), linear TV, radio, podcasts, and more. You’ll also collaborate across internal teams to ensure innovative, performance-focused campaigns are brought to life with flawless execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Omnichannel Strategy Development – Architect full-funnel media plans across digital, social, search, display, programmatic, video (linear & streaming), audio (radio, podcast, streaming), and OOH

Client Leadership – Cultivate and manage high-level client relationships, serving as a senior strategic advisor and uncovering new growth opportunities

Team Leadership & Mentorship – Lead and grow a team of directors, planners, and analysts; build a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation

Performance & Optimization – Define KPIs, oversee measurement plans, and ensure campaigns are driving tangible business outcomes

Presentation & Storytelling – Build and deliver powerful, insight-driven presentations that win client approval and new business

Platform Innovation – Stay ahead of evolving media platforms and ad technologies; test and evaluate new tools, vendors, and channels

Cross-Functional Integration – Partner closely with activation, analytics, creative, and production teams to deliver cohesive, insight-led campaigns

New Business Strategy – Lead media strategy for RFPs and pitch development, representing the agency in high-stakes growth conversations
Requirements:
- 12+ years in media strategy, integrated planning, or communications strategy
- Experience across linear and digital video (broadcast, cable, CTV/OTT), streaming and audio, search, social, and programmatic
- 5+ years leading high-performing teams with a track record of developing talent
- Proven success in growing and retaining enterprise-level client relationships
- Strong command of media measurement, attribution, and testing methodologies
- Expert-level storytelling, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience partnering with analytics, creative, and media activation teams
- Bachelor’s degree required; certifications or advanced education a plus
