Superintendent – Austin, TX

Salary: $135,000 – $175,000

Overview:

Seeking experienced Superintendents in the Austin market with general commercial experience (interiors a plus). Must know local subs and be able to drive field execution on ground-up or interior commercial projects.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in commercial GC roles

• Familiar with Austin-area subs and permitting

• Must come from name-brand GCs

• No more than 3 jobs in 10 years
