Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Quality Control Inspector to ensure our steel fabrication projects meet the highest standards. You’ll track weld maps/logs, perform inspections, and help maintain ISO 9001 compliance while working closely with production teams to resolve quality issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track weld logs, IDs, and maps in piping systems
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections
• Use tools like calipers and CMMs
• Identify defects and document findings
• Conduct internal audits and ensure ISO 9001 compliance
• Collaborate with welders, engineers, and production teams
• Maintain detailed QC records and reports

Requirements:

• Proven QC experience in steel fabrication
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and inspection tools
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
• Welding inspection certification (e.g., AWS CWI) is a plus

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Overtime and weekends as needed
