HVAC Project Manager | Phoenix Area

A mechanical contractor is seeking one or two local Project Managers to lead commercial or industrial HVAC construction from turnover through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Own project budget, forecasts, schedule, procurement, RFIs, submittals, changes, and closeout.
• Coordinate HVAC equipment, field crews, foremen, subcontractors, vendors, controls, startup, and commissioning.
• Work directly with general contractors, owners, and internal leadership on quality, safety, cost, and delivery.

Background

• Direct HVAC project management for a mechanical specialty contractor on substantial commercial or industrial projects.
• Personal accountability for financials and field execution; GC-only oversight or service-only management is insufficient.
• Ability to work locally in the Phoenix area. Relevant integrated mechanical experience is welcome where HVAC scope is substantial.

Compensation: Anticipated base salary $120,000–$150,000 depending on experience. Final package subject to client confirmation.
