We are looking for an outstanding Sourcer / Jr Recruiter with a successful mix of both sales and technical/software engineering sourcing.
In this role his role you will be working with our internal team of Recruiters to help identify and engage key talent for mid-level sales and software engineering roles across the US, LATAM, and EU.
You will be responsible for identifying, engaging and submitting candidates to the hiring team. You will partner closely with your recruiter and hiring managers to ensure all assigned roles have a steady flow of high quality candidates and you will be fully engaged with candidates up to the point they are submitted to a manager.
We are a team of Senior Recruiting Leaders and we will want you to succeed. To help, we will provide any additional training and support you might want/need to learn and hone your craft.
What you have:
- Minimum of 3 years of combined sourcing and/or recruiting experience, ideally engaging passive sales and software engineering candidates in the enterprise software / SaaS space.
- Expert user of LinkedIn and applicable social networking tools.
- You can prioritize your schedule based on ATS data and your understanding of the recruiting process.
- Technology literacy to differentiate between must have's and nice to have's based on job description information, combined with depth of understanding to know when more information is required.
- Not afraid to take on new challenges.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with business level English (any additional languages are awesome)
