We're seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing sales team who will proactively network, cold call, and sell to multiple contacts within our enterprise target accounts. The ideal candidate will be a proven closer, a voracious pipeline builder, and a passion for building solid customer relationships.
You will use your extensive experience and consultative selling skills to communicate our solutions to a mix of highly technical practitioners and business-level stakeholders. You will be responsible for initiating relationships with current and prospective customers and employing effective selling strategies to position Redjack successfully as a critical element in the client's security architecture.
You will manage deals from start to finish including sourcing qualified opportunities, running an effective sales process, accelerating the buying decision, negotiating sales contracts, and driving deals to closure.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Consistently meet sales and profitability goals.
- Position, configure and quote product and service solutions to clients.
- Manage leads and opportunities through HubSpot Sales CRM
- Accurately and consistently report sales forecasts and opportunity funnels.
- Participate and respond to RFPs as needed.
- Provide guidance to SDR, Marketing, Customer Support and Channel sales team members who
- support pipeline building.
- Participate in field marketing to generate interest and inform the client prospect community,
- including driving attendance to owned events.
- Set proper expectations and maintain open communication with clients and vendors through the
- sales process lifecycle.
- Effectively leverage supporting resources in the sales process with the spirit of teamwork and
- cooperation.
- Professionally develop and present sales presentations to large groups and executive-level clients.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 7+ years of outside sales experience in cybersecurity or related industry.
- An understanding of key challenges, market dynamics, and market drivers in one of the following
- sectors (e.g., financial services, utilities, retail, and healthcare).
- Strong, established relationships with key accounts.
- Experience with account-based targeting strategy and social selling.
- Required experience with HubSpot Sales or Salesforce.com
- Strong group presentation skills are a must.
- Verifiable history of exceeding sales goals and generating leads
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation and opening new accounts.
- Experience selling SaaS security-related products.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
