Sales Operations Analyst

In this role, you will use a data-driven approach to provide insights, guidance, and reporting. You will provide analytical expertise and business understanding to the Sales teams, covering new business development, existing account management, and Revelstoke Security's product and partner strategies. You will work across functional teams to understand the insights and intelligence they require to understand, manage, and grow their business, and develop solutions to deliver their requirements at scale.


Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Revelstoke Security's Sales, Finance, and Marketing organizations to understand the business intelligence and insights of sales leaders and the executive leadership team.

• Drive monthly and quarterly reporting on key metrics on the pipeline, sales trends, product trends, discounting, etc. to sales leaders.

• Perform ad-hoc analysis to predict, measure and interpret business trends.

• Support business planning, strategy, and modeling activities including analyzing market potential, profitability, and channel effects.

• Identify opportunities to improve reporting.

• Help with monthly close activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity on bookings and maintain key business metrics for reporting to executives.

• Help maintain key fields within SFDC to ensure data integrity to allow for accurate reporting and sales hierarchy.

• Partner with Finance and Sales leadership teams to formulate sales quotas, territories, and SPIFF programs.

• Build sales forecasts and sales dashboards from the ground up within SFDC.

• Prepare and maintain weekly sales forecast reports for sales leadership and E-Staff meetings.

• Partnered with sales leadership to define QBR and board presentations and the analytics to support them.


Experience / Skills

• 3-5 years of Sales Operations experience or similar role; strong understanding of Sales organizations at corporate, field, and channel levels.

• Proven track record of insightful analytics for a global sales organization experiencing high growth.

• Highly proficient in SDFC; ability to mine data and generate complex reports from internal systems.

• Analytical data-driven mindset; problem solver at ease operating in a fast-paced environment; strong process orientation.

• Highly collaborative, customer and channel-focused.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• SFDC power user highly desired, with the ability to independently build and run reports/ dashboards that cater to business or analytical needs.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills especially Excel.
