Salary/Payrate: $90K-$175K annually, BONUS, and AWESOME benefits!!!

Work Environment: Hybrid (2-3 days per week)

Term: Permanent

Bachelor’s degree required: Preferred

Referral Fee: AMS will pay $500 should the person you refer gets hired

Our client is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Estate Planning Paralegal to support their attorneys in crafting tailored estate plans for discerning clients. This role offers the chance to work on high-impact cases

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of paralegal experience, ideally in estate planning or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of estate planning processes, trust administration, and tax implications.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in legal software (e.g., Clio, HotDocs) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a client-centric mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, multi-generational trusts, partnerships, and foundations.
  • Conduct research on estate tax laws and planning strategies to support case development.
  • Engage with clients to provide updates, answer inquiries, and facilitate a seamless planning process.
  • Maintain organized case files, track critical deadlines, and ensure compliance with legal standards.
  • Partner with attorneys, financial advisors, and accountants to deliver holistic estate planning solutions.
  • Train and oversee junior paralegals in sophisticated planning.
