AMS Staffing has partnered with a very respectable firm in search for a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal. This person will be responsible for working with attorneys managing various aspects of their real estate practice. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years working as a real estate Paralegal managing the following:

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the management of acquisitions, dispositions, loans, and leases;
• Title and Survey review, including assisting with title objections and title responses;
• Assist with transaction closing including drafting closing checklists, closing documents, closing instructions, and post-closing matters.
• Review and prepare purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases and subleases, entity formations, SNDA’s, recordings, UCC filings, and other real estate documents.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years working as a corporate paralegal managing various aspects of the real estate practice.
