Job Title: Regional Vice President of Investment Sales

100% Remote - You must live in Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Minnesota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, or Washington. 

Salary/Payrate: $180-200K salary, sign on bonus after 90 days, work flexibility, growth potential, and awesome benefits.

Work Environment: Remote but local travel to client sites 3 days a week

Term: Permanent / Fulltime

REQUIRES FINRA Series 65 or a combination of FINRA Series 7 and 66

REQUIRES valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle

Referral Bonus if your candidate is successfully placed - $1000

Financial and/or investment sales

This is a 100% sales position with warm leads

 

Compensation:

Commission/variable pay based position - $200,000 – $0 base salary range with a gradual step down every 6 months; compensation includes a percentage of estimated first year’s management fees plus optional bonuses for new business closed. This role offers uncapped performance-based compensation with the possibility of a 7-figure income where average earnings normally reach the mid to high 6 figures within 2 years.

 

The Opportunity:

The Regional Vice President of Sales will cover a specific geographic territory within driving distance (max 3 hours away) to present wealth management solutions and close business on behalf of the firm. Anyone else will be virtually or occasional travel to locations within your area. There is no cold calling as qualified lead flow is provided. You will also be supported by sales support, client services, marketing, research and more.

 

The Day-to-Day:

  • Convert prospects to clients by showcasing the firm’s portfolios and difference
  • Engage with high-net-worth prospects to evaluate their personal financial situation and provide solutions
  • Educate prospective clients on the variety of firm’s offerings
  • Partake in ongoing training in advanced phone sales techniques, finance, capital markets and portfolio management
  • Home office position with the expectation to meet prospects face-to-face or virtually in your local territory



Your Qualifications:

  • 8+ years’ experience working in sales or financial services
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Experience working at Brokerage, RIA Sales, Institutional sales, or Investment Research Sales.
  • Experience meeting clients in person up to 3 days a week.
  • FINRA Series 65 or a combination of FINRA Series 7 and 66 Required
  • Multi-year track record of success driving results
  • Experience in high-volume phone activity and in-person meetings
