Job Title: Intake/Conflicts Coordinator

Location: St. Louis MO 63101

Salary/Payrate: $45K-$50K annually and AWESOME benefits!!!

Work Environment:  Hybrid (2 days WFH AFTER initial 90 day ramp up period)

Term: Permanent / Fulltime

Bachelor’s degree required: No

Referral Fee: AMS will pay $500 should the person you refer gets hired

Job responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for attorneys to gather essential details for new client and matter openings.
  • Oversee the beginning to end matter intake process for both new and existing clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with attorneys to obtain conflict waivers when necessary.
  • Identify and resolve issues that arise during the intake process to facilitate a smooth workflow.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of billing guidelines and matter-specific details, ensuring proper setup in alignment with financial agreements and rates.
  • Perform due diligence and track SIR (Self-Insured Retention) details, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
  • Oversee multipayor client setups, gathering all necessary information.
  • Handle initial case sheet setup, ensuring all required details are accurately recorded.

 

Job requirements

  • Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Must be detail-oriented, have excellent time management skills and be able to multitask.
  • Working knowledge of Aderant or Intapp.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills. 
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Suite Products.
  • Interpersonal skills to work with other Sandberg Phoenix members in a positive, teamwork environment to service our clients.
  • Legal assistant experience a plus.
