Job Title: Conflicts Analyst

Location: NYC- 10001 OR Los Angeles, CA- 90067 OR Palo Alto, CA- 94301

Salary/Payrate: $85K-$95K annually and AWESOME benefits!!!

Work Environment: Multiple shifts available (Weekdays, Monday–Friday) Hybrid OR Remote

Term: Permanent

Our client, an esteemed international law firm, is looking for a Conflicts Analyst to join their team. The Conflicts Analyst supports the firm’s New Business and Conflicts Clearance team by conducting conflict checks, verifying client and matter data, and ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards. This role is essential to maintaining the integrity of the firm’s client acceptance and matter-opening process.


Location: New York or California (Hybrid and Fully Remote Options)

Schedule: Multiple shifts available (Weekdays, Monday–Friday)




Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze conflict reports to identify and resolve potential conflicts of interest.
  • Collaborate with Conflicts Attorneys, General Counsel, and intake staff to clear new business.
  • Communicate with attorneys and assistants to confirm details and clarify information in requests.
  • Conduct corporate research to verify entity relationships and ownership structures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to maintain accurate and consistent client data.
  • Provide coverage during extended hours as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to firm policies and procedures.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or professional services firm (Am Law 50 experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with conflicts databases (preferably iManage).
  • Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently or collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new systems quickly.
