AMS Staffing, Inc. has partnered with a boutique firm in the Greenway area to source a Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience handling personal injury matters on the plaintiff’s side. The ideal candidate have experience with managing various aspects of personal injury including auto, premises liability and other types of personal injury matters.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Drafting pleadings and other motions;
• Collaborate with the team to conduct negotiations;
• Taking and defending depositions;
• Manage attorney expenses;
• Conducting interviews with witnesses;
• Perform legal research.

Experience:

• 1-4 years at a reputable personal injury firm working as a Litigation Attorney managing a docket of personal injury matters.
