We’re hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Developer with deep experience in healthcare data, Snowflake expertise and Strong Tableau experience. You’ll be responsible for designing and building robust ETL pipelines, writing stored procedures, and translating complex analytical and technical requirements into scalable solutions for Data Visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize ETL workflows in Snowflake using SQL and procedural logic.
• Work with healthcare datasets (claims, EHR, lab, patient, DiX) to develop data models and analytics-ready tables.
• Translate business KPIs and analytical frameworks into efficient data structures.
• Develop stored procedures and reusable components for data processing.
• Design Tableau dashboards including integration and backend data design.



Requirements:

• 5+ years in Business Intelligence Development and Engineering with strong Tableau, SQL and Snowflake experience.
• Hands-on with healthcare data types and their unique structures.
• Proven experience building and managing complex ETL pipelines.
• Skilled in writing stored procedures and handling large datasets.
• Strong communication and ability to deliver against specs independently.
