Our client, a well-regarded Texas based law firm, is looking for a Digital Marketing & Brand Manager to join their team.
Role Focus
- Lead and coordinate marketing, branding, and communications initiatives across multiple offices (Dallas, Houston, Waco)
- Oversee brand identity, creative assets, digital presence, social media, content strategy, graphic production, events support, and reputation-building activities
- Supervise one direct report while partnering with cross-functional teams and practice leaders
Required Experience
- 8+ years in marketing, communications, journalism, PR, or related fields
- Background in professional services, legal, or comparable advisory environments preferred
Core Competencies & Knowledge Areas
- Expertise in brand strategy, demand creation, audience growth, and client retention
- Demonstrated ability to elevate brand recognition for business units and individual professionals
- Mastery of campaign development, SEO/SEM, analytics, and performance metrics
- Proficiency with MarTech ecosystems (CRM platforms, email automation, Vuture, eMarketing, etc.)
- Exceptional writing skills; AP Style fluency required
- Strong capabilities in Canva, Figma, Adobe InDesign, and high proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and familiarity with AI-driven search tools
- Experience with event operations, vendor coordination, and logistics
- Agency experience (PR/advertising) considered an advantage
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Marketing Activation
- Execute and refine overarching brand positioning and marketing blueprints
- Tailor promotional tactics to support practice-specific goals, attorney visibility, and competitive differentiators
Branding & Collateral Management
- Steward all brand assets, templates, design libraries, and style guidelines
- Ensure consistent application of visual and verbal identity across channels
Thought Leadership & Content Development
- Partner with subject-matter experts to identify topics for articles, presentations, commentary, and industry engagement
- Coordinate publication and speaking opportunities with targeted outlets and organizations
Marketing Technology (MarTech) Oversight
- Collaborate with operations and IT teams to manage CRM, email platforms, automation tools, and related systems
- Ensure smooth, reliable execution of marketing and business-development activities
Website & Digital Property Management
- Maintain and write content for bios, practice/industry pages, blogs, and resource sections
- Draft/edit blog posts, manage publication calendars, deploy newsletters, and analyze traffic reports
- Coordinate video production, digital enhancements, and optimization recommendations
Social Media & Digital Engagement
- Direct multi-channel social programming (LinkedIn, Facebook, Clearview Social, etc.)
- Review analytics and craft actionable insights to strengthen online engagement
Graphic Design & Creative Production
- Produce a range of visual assets: alerts, presentations, ads, invitations, signage, reports, social media graphics, and branded program materials
- Assist with design elements for proposals, RFPs, retreats, recruiting programs, and seasonal campaigns
Events Support & Coordination
- Partner with events teams to ensure gatherings align with client engagement objectives and brand expectations
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a Marketing Coordinator
- Oversee workload planning, skill development, and performance growth
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Contribute to broader client development initiatives and strategic marketing projects as assigned
Reporting Structure
- Reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer
- Supervises one direct report
