Our client is seeking a Senior Commercial Lending Real Estate Attorney to join our Orlando office. This attorney will focus primarily on commercial lending transactions, providing legal guidance to lenders and borrowers on complex deals. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in commercial lending, strong drafting and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial loan documents, including mortgages, promissory notes, security agreements, and related real estate documents.
• Provide legal counsel to clients regarding commercial lending transactions and real estate financing.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of transactions.
• Maintain strong client relationships through professional, responsive communication.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all commercial lending matters.
• Support business development initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the Florida Bar.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial lending real estate law.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
