Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Tampa, Orlando or Boca Raton. Possibly remote so long as reside in Florida.
Salary/Payrate: $85K - $100K + Excellent Benefits (100% paid health, life, dental, vision (eligibility after the applicable waiting period), 401K with company matching, and a discretionary year-end bonus.
Work Environment: Hybrid or Remote (If remote, must be able to come in to an office periodically)

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for providing performance across all forms of marketing channels – Web, SEO, Social, Written Communications and Video Publications. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical, marketing, web and project management skills. - Experience developing and maintaining WordPress sites.
- Strong understanding of SEO Optimization
- Google Analytics
- LSA
- GBP
- GSC
- GMP
- Ability to conduct SEO Audit
- Newsletter campaigns (MailChimp)
- Intake and lead tracking (Call Rail/Juvo Leads)
- Content creation incl. but not limited to:
- Website & social media blog posts
- Videos & video editing
- Social media & templates
- Newsletters
- Social media management
- YouTube
- Lawyer publications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
