The Opportunity
Arcutis is a fast-moving, commercial-stage biopharma redefining how dermatology medicines reach patients. With ZORYVE expanding into primary care, the PCP franchise is being built from the ground up — and this role sits at the center of that build.
We're looking for a strategic operator who can act as the right hand to the franchise leader: someone who can translate strategy into execution, coordinate across sales, marketing, and ops, and quietly make the machine run. Equal parts project manager, commercial generalist, and connective tissue.
What You'll Do
• Own execution. Drive the operational strategy supporting U.S. commercial business objectives, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, medical, and analytics.
• Partner with marketing. Partner with marketing on sales-enablement materials, messaging, and field resource needs for the primary-care salesforce.
• Partner with sales ops. Partner with sales operations on KPIs, tracking mechanisms, rep tools (Veeva, fleet, fulfillment), and the broader commercial backbone.
• Project-manage the work. Manage timelines, deliverables, and coordination across ops, marketing, and commercial — translating strategy into actionable plans, owning the project plan, and removing barriers before they slow the team down.
• Be the right hand. Serve as a strategic thought partner to the VP of the PCP Franchise — helping shape interview processes, hiring strategy, and overall execution cadence as the franchise scales.
• Run the financial mechanics. Oversee budget tracking, vendor management, and performance analytics for the franchise.
• Connect the dots. Facilitate execution of strategic priorities by coordinating cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment.
What You Bring
• Experience. 10+ years of experience across pharma/biotech commercial operations, strategy consulting, sales operations, or marketing — ideally a mix.
• Commercial fluency. Strong commercial acumen. You understand how sales ops, marketing, and the field actually work together — and where they break down.
• Project management. Proven project management chops. You can hold timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders accountable without formal authority.
• Builder mindset. Comfort operating in ambiguity. This is a build, not a maintain — the playbook is being written in real time.
• Communication. Excellent written and verbal communication. You can move fluidly between an executive update, a field-facing toolkit, and a vendor scope.
• Education. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent business depth preferred.
• Bonus. Primary care or dermatology launch experience is a strong plus, but not required.
Compensation & Logistics
Level: Associate Director or Director, depending on experience
Base: $185K – $230K (banded by level; flexibility for the right candidate)
Bonus: Annual target bonus + full Arcutis benefits package
Location: Remote (U.S.). No territory; not geography-bound.
Why This Role
• Build something. The PCP franchise is new — the person in this seat shapes how it runs.
• Visibility. Direct partnership with the VP of the franchise and exposure across the commercial leadership team.
• Range. The role spans marketing, sales ops, project management, and strategy. If you've been waiting for a job description that doesn't pin you to one lane, this is it.
• Momentum. Arcutis is on the short list of dermatology companies expanding into primary care with a differentiated asset.
