Position Summary

The Process Engineer is responsible for improving manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity. This role works cross-functionally to identify process improvements, troubleshoot production issues, and support new product introductions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Troubleshoot production and process issues.
• Develop and implement process improvements and standard work.
• Support new product launches and process validation.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams.
• Monitor process performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
