A growing organization is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to drive new business development and manage client relationships. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and contributing to overall revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach through close
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting
  • Meet or exceed revenue and activity targets


Qualifications:

  • 3–7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
