A growing organization is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to drive new business development and manage client relationships. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and contributing to overall revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach through close
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting
- Meet or exceed revenue and activity targets
Qualifications:
- 3–7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
